The funny thing about real estate markets is that they usually change before anyone knows about it. At some point the fire is bound to catch and when it does houses are going to start selling again. If you’re thinking about selling real estate, one good home selling tip is to beat your neighbor to the punch. Most sellers want to wait until the Spring market to put their home on the market. Sometimes it pays to get out in front of the market, especially when it’s time for the housing market to start heading upwards.
